These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clarivo’s website and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you connect Jira, you authorize Clarivo to access Jira APIs on your behalf according to the permissions you grant during OAuth. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Jira sites and projects you choose.
4. Your Content and Project Data
You retain rights to your content and project data. You grant Clarivo permission to process that data to provide the Services, including generating analytics and AI-assisted summaries.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes - Attempt to bypass security or access others’ data - Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services - Upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities
6. AI-Generated Outputs
The Services may provide AI-generated summaries and recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may interoperate with third-party services (such as Atlassian/Jira and AI providers). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
